These terms apply when you use herpayday.com and any Her Pay Day classes, templates, bootcamps, or community spaces (together, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

Who we are

Her Pay Day is an online education brand founded by Micah Smith and part of the Micah the Kreator family of brands. Our community is hosted on Skool, and your use of Skool is also subject to Skool's own terms.

Education only. No income guarantee.

Our content is for educational purposes only. It is not legal, tax, financial, or business advice. Any examples of income or results are not typical and are not a promise of what you will earn. Your results depend on your effort, skills, experience, and market. No income is guaranteed.

Your account and membership

• You must be at least 18 years old to join.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details private.
• Memberships are personal. Please do not share your access with others.
• Paid memberships renew until you cancel. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.

Our content

Classes, replays, templates, prompts, scripts, checklists, and other materials belong to Her Pay Day. You may use them for your own business. You may not resell, republish, or share them outside the community without written permission.

Community guidelines

We want a supportive space for every woman. When you take part, you agree not to:

• Harass, insult, or discriminate against other members.
• Post spam, unsolicited sales pitches, or misleading claims.
• Share other members' private information or content without permission.
• Post anything illegal or that infringes someone else's rights.

We may remove content or end access for anyone who breaks these guidelines.

Third-party tools

We teach and link to AI tools and other services we do not own. We are not responsible for their content, pricing, availability, or policies. Some links may be affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you.

Limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Her Pay Day is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, or for any decisions you make based on our content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. If you keep using the Services after a change, you accept the updated terms.
