Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about joining Her Pay Day. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work.

Monthly memberships

• You can cancel anytime from your Skool account settings. Your access continues until the end of the billing period you already paid for.
• If you are new and the community is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.
• After 7 days, monthly payments are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again once you cancel.

Annual memberships

Annual memberships can be refunded in full if you ask within 7 days of purchase. After that, you can cancel to stop the next renewal, and you keep access until the end of your paid year.

Bootcamps, workshops, and digital products

Because templates and recordings can be accessed right away, one-time digital products and paid bootcamps are non-refundable once access is given, unless a different policy is stated on the offer page.

How to request a refund

Send us a message through our contact page with the email you used to join and the date of your payment. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to show up.

Payments through Skool

Memberships are billed through Skool. Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank so we can help you quickly.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
