Her Pay Day ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit herpayday.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your first name and email when you sign up for the Day Rate Bootcamp, and your name, email, and message when you use our contact form.
- Basic technical data. Like most websites, our servers may log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited. We use this to keep the site secure and working well.
- Community and payments. The Her Pay Day community is hosted on Skool. When you join or pay for a membership, Skool and its payment processors handle that information under their own privacy policies.
How we use your information
- To send you the bootcamp details and related emails you asked for.
- To reply to your questions and support requests.
- To improve our website, classes, and content.
- To protect the site from spam, fraud, and abuse.
We do not sell or rent your personal information.
If you sign up for updates, we may send you emails about Her Pay Day classes, resources, and offers. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can opt out at any time. We may use a trusted email service provider to send these emails.
Who we share it with
We only share information with service providers who help us run the business, such as website hosting, email delivery, and the Skool community platform. They may only use it to provide services to us. We may also share information if required by law.
How long we keep it
We keep your information for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, or until you ask us to delete it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA or GDPR. To make a request, contact us.
